This is an interesting summation of card based fraud in the U.S. vs the rest of the world.
i.e. the U.S. have approximately 50% of card fraud losses in dollar terms.
Mostly, in my opinion, its because the U.S. market has historically employed an antiquated approach of how to secure payment transactions.
