Senior Cyber Security Consultant - BRISBANE & SYDNEY ROLES

As a part of the ongoing growth of the Loop Consulting team, we are currently seeking Senior Security Consultants in both Sydney and Brisbane to help our National clients achieve their PCI compliance and general cyber security management goals.

These positions is a key roles for Loop, and will require the candidate to be a PCI-QSA. Experience delivering on cyber security strategies and demonstrating progress to boards and senior executives is also preferable. 

The ideal candidates should have a proven track record in the delivery of information security client engagements and be able to articulate their expertise in a clear and concise manner.


Principle Cyber Security Analyst - MELBOURNE

The Principle Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for managing and developing our Security Analytics team focused on delivering Security Event and Incident Management for a range of mid-sized Australian based firms.

The role will ensure our team leverage our wide range of tools to detect and respond to threats occurring on our clients’ technology systems and networks. The goal is to protect information, information systems, and networks from these threats.

Working with the analytics team, the role will provide leadership on developing monitoring and threat hunting use cases leveraging SOC tools such as SIEM, EDR, UEBA, TIP, NTA, Deception and others. 

This role will coordinate SOC testing exercises via simulated attacks and red team engagements with the Loop Offensive Security team.

A strong understanding of building and working with incident response playbooks is required, including using orchestration to improve containment and eradication times. The role will also focus on using metrics to measure and improve the performance of the analytics team.



Security System & Network Administrator - Melbourne

The Security System and Network Administrator is a strategic technical position within the organisation. This position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of Loop’s internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members and customers with support, system and network requests.
